Step 3
Client Signs and Provides Deposit
Once you have reviewed the scope of work you are looking to have performed, you’ll sign the estimate for our services, we will require a 50% deposit to secure our services payable in the form of cash, check, or credit card, and then our team will engage with our third-party engineer to reach out to you.
Step 4
Onsite Engineer Appointment Day
For your peace of mind, our wall and column removal services include an appointment with a third party structural engineer. This engineer will visit the project area at the scheduled time that you and the engineer setup, review the structural process, and take measurements to ensure that it meets all local and international building code standards for structural safety. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality wall and column removal service, from start to finish.

Jordan was genuinely friendly, listened to what we wanted done, and provided us with information on what our project would look like. He took that time to measure, take pictures, and provided us a quote before he left our appointment. We chose Load Bearing Beam Masters after reviewing our other quotes and options over the next week. Even then I was texting Jordan with more questions to get clarification on some of the language in our project agreement/contract. He responded to me the same day. Jordan was very transparent with us about the entire process including materials used. To get on the schedule, we paid 50% of our contracted total. Jordan immediately reached out to us to schedule the Engineer to come out. This was done around our schedule which we really appreciated. The same day the Engineer came out with Jordan, our project plan was finalized, and our wall removal project was scheduled for the next Tuesday. Project Day is here! On Tuesday morning the crew was scheduled to start at 7:30am. They began arriving about 7:00am to unload their lumber in their staging area in our front yard along with delivery of the trash trailer so they could clean up during and after the project. Promptly at 7:30am, Jordan walked up with his crew and introduced everyone. He walked them through the project area briefing them on the specifics. We had a big project, removing a total of two walls and a foyer doorway to open our living/family room to the foyer and kitchen areas. Kudos not only to Jordan, but his crew leader Trey, and team members Zach, Danny, Paco, and Jose. These guys were all friendly and comfortable to be around. They worked diligently all day for two days making sure to clean up after themselves. Thank you! Project Day
We believe in performing each project with precision and care. On the day of your wall and column removal project, we will arrive on time and perform a thorough walk through to ensure everything is in order. From there, we will take all necessary precautions to prep and support the area around the wall with a temporary wall. Our experienced team will then proceed to demolish the wall or column area, proceed with beam replacement, and then perform a quick and seamless clean up and removal process.

Sign Off and Final Payment
We understand the importance of completing your wall and column removal project to your satisfaction. That’s why, after we have finished the removal and clean-up process, we will walk through the project area with you to ensure that you are happy with our work.
